Our team has participated in building clusters since 1994, and has several published research papers. Among the latest achievements are:

  • Siemens Wind Power: Cluster for CFD design.
  • Geologisk Institut: Computational grid for sediment transport analysis.
  • Fyns Amt: Cluster and grid for ground water modelling.
  • Risø: Optimization of cluster computer performance.
  • Atomistix: Grid and cluster for nano modelling.
  • Radioterapiklinikken på Rigshospitalet [in Danish]. A 12 node cluster for medical Monte Carlo (MC) simulations.
  • The SDU Supercluster. This is a 512 node computational cluster based on an Intel/Linux platform.
  • A 48 node Intel/Linux cluster at the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Southern Denmark. This is a research cluster aiming at the highest performance at the lowest price.
  • A 16 node Dual Intel/Linux research cluster at the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Southern Denmark.
  • Several smaller clusters at research institutions in Denmark and at the University of Tromsø, Norway.
